For all individual services, payment will be taken in full prior to delivery of goods or complete service packages unless otherwise agreed. In the case of recurring payments, these will be charged on predetermined dates of which you will be notified.
I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments can be rescheduled where more than 24 hours notice is given. A cancellation fee maybe applicable for cancellations less than the period stated. “No Shows” without notification will be subject to the full consultation cost. If you arrive late for your appointment you may not receive a full allotted time for your appointment.
I always aim to ensure clients are 100% happy with the service I offer. If for any reason you decide not to continue with my services, refunds will be made for payments only when services have been paid for and not delivered, in certain circumstances partial refunds can be issued.
